I've been staying at this hotel for over 16 years, and it's still my top pick in Pattaya, even with some recent changes. The rooms in the block across the road are spacious and comfortable, though the main block alterations weren't to my liking. While the hotel's value is good, the increasing development in the area is noticeable and affects the atmosphere. Overall, it's a solid choice, but keep in mind some safety concerns regarding the fire escape.

I have been coming to this hotel for years and appreciate the value for money. While my recent stay was slightly affected by construction noise and the location being quite isolated, the staff remains friendly and helpful. Just note that there's limited dining options and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my visit.
